Approving Regional Referee Registrations


APPROVING REGIONAL REFEREE REGISTRATIONS

  1. On the Clinic Admin page, click on the Member-Status-Reports list:


  1. Set the correct GradeActive YearType, and Member Status dropdown menus and click on the Run Report button.


  1. A list of Regional Referees will appear with detail for each showing the referee’s Grade Level, Written or Online Test Score, Interval Test Status (failed/passed), last Physical Test date, Assessment Complete status, Paid, Type of certification, a link to the referee’s History, and status of Online Completion.  If all the conditions ARE met, the Approved checkbox will be available. If any of these conditions are not met, the Approved checkbox will not be available. Check the Approved box for any referees who have met all of their requirements and should be approved. Next, press the Submit Update button. 



  1. The Rejected box should be checked if a referee has not met their requirements. These referees will be registered as Grassroots Referees instead when the Submit Update button is pressed.


  1. The Create Email button can be used to send an email to all listed candidates to remind them to get their requirements done in time (or any other subject). The Export List button can be used to create an Excel (.csv) spreadsheet showing all referees on the list as well as their status for each of the requirements.
